Patrick Parsons were involved in the refurbishment of 5 Old Bank Street located in Manchester. The site forms part of the Manchester Royal Exchange which is situated in Manchester City Centre between St. Ann's Square and Exchange Street to the west and Cross Street to the east. It is Grade II listed. The unit has previously been fitted out as a ground floor bar, basement nightclub and lower basement kitchens. Patrick Parsons scope of works involved full performance design for the mechanical and electrical services for building which will be entirely refurbished.
