Visitor Centre, Holy Island
The proposed scheme involves the renovation and enhancement of the existing Look Out Tower and construction of a visitor centre structure on land known as the Rocket Field.
Patrick Parsons involvement is associated with providing a CDM Co-ordinator role in accordance with CDM Regulations 2007 including the preparation of Pre Construction Information Health and Safety Plan, assessment of design teams Designer Risk Assessments, Contractors Competence Questionnaires, assessment of Contractors Health and Safety file, preparation and submission of the F10 Notification of Construction Project to the Health and Safety Executive as well as attendance at regular site progress meetings.
