The development will also provide 32,000 sq ft of studio workspace that will be used by local artists as well as two new play spaces and green features to promote biodiversity.

Patrick Parsons have been appointed on Deptford Foundry to provide civil and structural engineering design services on the ambitious scheme situated on the former Arklow Road Trading Estate. The site, where demolition has recently begun, adjoins Network Rail property and Patrick Parsons have overcome the resulting design challenges by incorporating special anti-vibration measures.

Deptford Foundry is the first of Anthology’s major developments and is part of Lewisham’s wider regeneration project.
