Work is in the final stages of the restoration of the Spanish City at Whitley Bay.

Patrick Parsons were approached by North Tyneside Council in 2008 to provide Structural Engineering services to ensure the structural integrity and waterproofing of the Grade II listed building.

This iconic building has been a landmark figure on the north east coast for generations and we are proud to help this continue for years to come. Surveys have taken place to assess the Dome and its associated buildings and, working alongside heritage architects Spence & Dower, the building is now beginning to show signs of returning to it’s former glory.
