James Bailey

James has over 22 years of experience in Transport Planning, Traffic, Highway and Road Safety Engineering, both in the private and public sector.

He specialises in highway design, traffic management schemes, active travel schemes and Transport Assessments for small to large developments.  He has acted as the Transport Development Control Officer for Hart District Council.

Day to day, James is responsible for preparing fee proposals, agreeing the brief with the Client and ensuring that the project is completed in accordance with the brief and budget.
