The Patrick Parsons Graduate Scheme looks for graduates who are passionate about engineering and developing their careers. You need to be willing to learn, to be a team player and have an ambitious attitude.

The structured programme supports graduates through their initial professional development and on to a professional qualification, including incorporation and chartered membership of their relevant Institute.

Graduate Engineers are assigned a mentor as soon as they embark on the scheme. All our mentors are recognised by professional engineering institutions and work closely with our graduates, providing regular guidance, advice and their expertise in the industry to assist with their development.

Patrick Parsons have accreditation from the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) to operate an approved ICE Training Scheme.
