Trent Park Phase One, Berkeley Group

We recently visited the Trent Park development, in Enfield, for which we have been providing multi-disciplinary engineering services for our client Berkeley Group.

Trent Park is a 23 hectare multi-phase development comprises 117 houses, over 100 new build apartments, 6 refurbished buildings (including a Grade II listed Mansion House and Orangery Building), and new infrastructure across the entire site including an extensive SUDS network utilising swales and ponds.

Patrick Parsons has provided geotechnical, civil and structural engineering input for 13 houses, 6 apartment buildings. As well as sitewide infrastructure and landscaping on Phase 1 of this residential development.

We are currently working on the next phase, which includes approximately 60 new houses, 1 new apartment building and the refurbishment of two historic buildings with one a grade II listed structure. We will continue to share updates on this scheme as it progresses.
