Paying attention to workplace mental health has never been more important and that’s why this Mental Heath Awareness Week we’re taking action with the Mental Health at Work Commitment, so that we can make a long-term positive impact on our employee wellbeing.

Over the coming months we will be using these commitments to develop our own mental health in the workplace policy and put support in place to deliver on this element of employee wellbeing.
