We’re pleased to announce that we have been appointed to deliver structural and civil engineering consultancy on Hampton Court Trading Estate for Chancery Homes.
The site, located on Summer Road in Thames Ditton, sits at the junction of Hampton Court Way, on the south side of Hampton Court Bridge, just 500m from Hampton Court station and Hampton Court Village in East Molesey, Surrey.
This project is a mixed-use development, with 78 residential units comprising a mix of 1,2 & 3 bedroom apartments and one commercial unit, spread across 3 Blocks. 8 of the units have allocated as shared ownership homes. The floorplans illustrate a variety of apartments ranging from 538 to 990 square feet, each equipped with private balconies and access to their own outdoor areas. A number of these properties offer picturesque views of the esteemed Hampton Court Palace. Additionally, two out of the three blocks boast secure parking and expansive communal roof terraces adorned with beautiful landscaping.
