We are pleased to announce that Patrick Parsons has been appointed to deliver civil and structural engineering consultancy, on Phase 3 of Kidbrooke Village for Berkeley Homes.

This will include delivery of Blocks F1 and F2, 15 and 12 storeys respectively, and Block G, a single block with five cores, extending up to 13 storeys at its highest with the three buildings providing 509 residential units. We will also be designing an adjacent park, and all associated infrastructure.

Located in the Royal Borough of Greenwich, Kidbrooke Village is one of London’s most significant new housing-led developments; a £1 billion regeneration transforming the area into a new community in partnership with the Royal Borough of Greenwich and the Mayor of London.

Kidbrooke comprises of four distinct neighbourhoods, integrated seamlessly into one community. These includes: The Village Centre, The Nature Collection (Waterlily Court), The Blackheath Collection (Freehold Urban Houses) and City Point. Cator Park at Kidbrooke Village also has been awarded the prestigious ‘Sir David Attenborough Award for Enhancing Biodiversity.
