Patrick Parsons appointed on Friary Park

We have recently been appointed by Mount Anvil & Catalyst on their joint venture, Friary Park. Our teams will be delivering structural, civil and geotechnical consultancy on phases 1B and 2 of the Friary Park development.

Phase 1B comprises of blocks B2 and B3, plus H with a total of 269 residential units. Whilst Phase 2 encompasses 88 residential units spread over Blocks E, F1 and F2.

Our appointment follows our successful completion of Phase 1A of this development which comprised of 296 residential units in Blocks B1, B4, A and G.

This project required the demolition of the existing 230 homes on the estate to make way for 990 new homes, 45% of which will be affordable.

Located in Acton, London, the Friary Park estate is less than five-minutes’ walk from the Acton Main Line station. The transformation of the estate will offer existing residents larger, better quality homes, and create over 1000 sq. m of new retail and commercial space.
