The Battersea Reach development is a renowned riverside project created by St George, encompasses seven acres of land near Wandsworth Bridge. Previously occupied by a Gin Distillery, oil depot, and warehouses, the area underwent demolition in 1992.

Today, Battersea Reach has blossomed into a vibrant riverside community, offering contemporary apartments with stunning designs, serene open spaces, and convenient access to businesses, shops, entertainment, and international travel. With more than half of its 13-acre site dedicated to beautifully landscaped public areas, including a new park and 300 meters of riverside walk, the development provides an inviting environment for residents and visitors alike.

The impressive mixed-use development spans an expansive 93,000 square meters (1,000,000 sq ft) and features over 1,100 apartments, complemented by office spaces, retail units, and a variety of restaurants. Over the course of ten years and multiple phases, Patrick Parsons took on the responsibility of providing civil and structural services for this ambitious regeneration project.

In a revealing case study video, Conor Murphy, Senior Partner at Patrick Parsons, delves into our pivotal role in successfully delivering the Battersea Reach development.
