We are thrilled to announce that The Honeypot Children’s Charity has been chosen as our Charity of the Year for 2022, following a staff vote. This exceptional organisation is dedicated to providing essential support and enriching the lives of young carers aged 5-12 years throughout the UK.

The challenges faced by young carers are immense, including elevated levels of stress, anxiety, social isolation, and educational setbacks due to their caregiving responsibilities. Many of the families Honeypot supports are facing financial hardship, and young carers often experience higher rates of bullying compared to their peers.

The Honeypot Children’s Charity is designed to alleviate these burdens by offering relief, protecting the mental health of young carers, and fostering social confidence in a safe and nurturing environment. Each year, they aim to provide opportunities to more than 2,500 young carers and vulnerable children across the UK through residential breaks and a wide range of digital and face-to-face support services.

By selecting The Honeypot Children’s Charity as our Charity of the Year, we are committed to making a tangible difference in the lives of these young carers. We eagerly anticipate engaging in various fundraising activities and initiatives to raise as much money as possible in support of this worthy cause.

Through our collective efforts, we aspire to create a positive impact and generate awareness for The Honeypot Children’s Charity. With every pound raised and every bit of awareness raised, we contribute to their vital work and help improve the lives of young carers across the nation.

We are inspired by the dedication of The Honeypot Children’s Charity and the transformative impact they have on the lives of young carers. As we embark on this charitable journey, we wholeheartedly invite everyone to join us in supporting The Honeypot Children’s Charity and making a lasting difference in the lives of these remarkable young individuals.
