Our commitment to mental health at work
Paying attention to workplace mental health has never been more important and that’s why this Mental Heath Awareness Week we’re taking action with the Mental Health at Work Commitment, so that we can make a long-term positive impact on our employee wellbeing.
By making this commitment we will..
🟦 Prioritise mental health in the workplace by developing and delivering a programme of activity
🟦 Proactively ensure organisational culture drives positive mental health outcomes
🟦 Promote an open culture around mental health
🟦 Increase organisational confidence and capability
🟦 Provide mental health tools and support
🟦 Increase transparency and accountability through reporting
Over the coming months we will be using these commitments to develop our own mental health in the workplace policy and put support in place to deliver on this element of employee wellbeing.
