Patrick Parsons deliver consultancy to Cala Homes

We’re delighted to be appointed by Cala Homes, to provide Civil & Structural Engineering Consultancy for the delivery of 94 new residential units at their Egley Road, Woking, development.

The homes will be a mix of 2 to 3 storeys in height with 2,3 & 4 bedroom properties as well as 32, 1 & 2 bedroom apartments. This Cala Homes project will use sustainable design and construction methods, including timber frame, PV panels and electric vehicle charging points for every new home. There will also be the addition of new cycle and pedestrian routes that will link the development to the wider area, including the neighbouring schools.

The Egley Road development will provide 50% affordable housing in a range of house types and tenure and the site will also provide a new 62-bed care home, public open space and a children’s play area.
