Twickenham-based consulting engineering firm, JSA, have rebranded as Patrick Parsons, following the acquisition of the company in 2014.

JSA Consulting Engineers will officially trade as Patrick Parsons from 1 March 2018. The firm has specialised in civil and structural engineering for more than 40 years and has built up a strong client portfolio of blue chip London developers.

Since joining Patrick Parsons, JSA has been able to offer clients additional services and is building its Geoenvironmental and Building Services teams, with the appointment of two new directors. Neil Morris and Des Killingworth recently joined the Twickenham office to spearhead the exciting growth of the new teams, as a result of growing demand for Patrick Parsons’ service offering in the South of the country.

Multi-disciplinary consulting engineering firm Patrick Parsons has eight UK-based and two international offices and works with clients and industries throughout the UK and worldwide.

Mark Hughes, former owner of JSA, said: “I am delighted that JSA and Patrick Parsons have merged. Patrick Parsons were the obvious choice of business that reflected the culture, ethos and engineering standards to which JSA clients are accustomed and we feel the time is now right to rebrand.

“Since the merger, both our resources and services have grown, and we are delighted to welcome Des and Neil onboard as we continue with Patrick Parsons’ exciting expansion plans.”

Peter Stienlet, managing director of Patrick Parsons commented: “The staff and directors of JSA are a significant asset to Patrick Parsons and the Twickenham office has been strengthened in numbers in the last three years, with this growth set to continue. Our focus is to maintain the quality and delivery of service that the Twickenham office is renowned for.”

The rebrand follows several successful acquisitions for Patrick Parsons in recent years, including that of Manchester-based BCM and Birmingham-based THDA in 2017.
