Northern Housing Awards 2018 – We made the shortlist!

We are delighted to announce that Patrick Parsons have been shortlisted for Consultancy of the Year at the Northern Housing Awards 2018.

The awards promote and celebrate innovative affordable housing providers, projects and services in the North that are helping to create great communities where people love to live. There were almost 200 entries across 19 categories and judges include some of the leading figures in housing.

Patrick Parsons has vast experience in the housing sector and have built relationships with, and in 2017 worked with, every major housebuilder in the North East. We have a strong team consisting of a number of engineers and directors who have formerly been employed by national housebuilders and social housing developers. This has provided them with an excellent understanding of requirements and key stages associated with development, from early feasibility and land appraisals through to construction and delivery.
