David Pickering

David has over 30 years of industry experience in a variety of sectors and has led teams on new build and refurbishment projects in London and the South East, together with mainland Europe.

David has considerable experience working in the commercial, leisure, cultural and residential sectors, working on projects up to £500m in value with schemes in the UK and Europe.

David has also delivered projects that have required large sewer build overs, building adjacent to overland and above underground rail lines, tunnels and other major infrastructure.
