Michael heads up the new developments team responsible for planning and civil engineering requirements, who are involved in early assessments of a wide variety of proposed schemes, including residential, industrial, commercial, retail, leisure and country parks, renewable energy, waste industry facilities and education.
Michael also has an in-depth knowledge of residential housing development schemes with over 12 years’ experience in the house building sector.
The extensive engineering assessments undertaken by Michael’s team ensure that at pre-planning stage the proposed scheme is realistic and can be practically and commercially delivered. The early engineering process undertaken provides preliminary design solutions which provide the engineering steer for the team to progress through the detailed design stage and eventual site construction works.
In his spare time, Michael likes to keep active and enjoys running to keep fit as well as spending time with his family.
