Patrick Parsons provided infrastructure engineering services in the development of a site masterplan for a new garden community with 2,550 homes, situated adjacent to an existing landfill.

An assessment of the existing utility infrastructure on site was undertaken, which included a review of the utility records for electricity, gas, water ad telecommunications as well as a review of the constraints on the development.

We prepared drainage strategy layout to support the outline planning consent as well as reviewing surface water drainage, foul drainage and hydrology/hydrogeology to determine existing conditions as well as impacts and mitigation for an Environment Statement.

Assistance with Public Engagement was also provided, including presentations and workshops.
