Services included preparation and submission of a detailed planning application, consisting of a full Environmental Impact Assessment and all supporting technical documentation.
It also required the preparation and submission of a full building regulation application, including complete architectural, civil, infrastructure and structural engineering working drawings, specifications, structural and SBEM calculations.
