Phase 3 comprises approximately 1.92 hectares of land and is located directly west of Phase 1. Phase 3 consists of 645 residential units, set across 10 buildings (Buildings A-H and Townhouses), ranging from 3 to 13 storeys. There are 281 car park spaces located on the ground floor level with a landscaped podium above at the first floor.
