We were appointed by our client, Marley Holdings Limited, to provide Transport Planning services, to support the application for the erection of 80 residential units plus ground floor commercial uses. Following the demolition of the existing drive-thru restaurant and petrol filling station.
Patrick Parsons provided Transport Planning and Highway Design to support the submission of the planning application which included a Transport Assessment, a Travel Plan, a Service Management Plan, and a Car Park Management Plan. The proposals include a new servicing access from The Highway and a new car park access from Chigwell Hill.
As part of the application process Patrick Parsons undertook detailed discussions with Transport for London (TfL) who are the overseeing Highway Authority for the local roads, in relation to agreeing the proposed access and egress arrangements and contributions for off-site Active Travel improvements.
