Treetops is a housing development featuring an exclusive collection of 3 & 4 bedroom homes and 1 & 2 bedroom apartments by Cala, in the picturesque village of Oxshott, Surrey.
The Patrick Parsons team were appointed to design a number of off-site highway improvements. The works included a right turn lane into the development, a pedestrian refuge island, a new Pedex with MOVA signal controlled pedestrian crossing and existing footway widening to accommodate a shared cycleway/footway.
We undertook the detailed design of the entire off-site highway works and submitted the S278 Application to Surrey County Council.
