We are providing Structural & Civil Engineering service for Phase 4 of this residential, urban regeneration development project in North West London.

The master-plan is part of an exemplar regeneration project set in the vicinity of the inspiring Welsh Harp reservoir and comprises of the demolition of the existing housing estate to make way for a residential-led mixed-use scheme including up to 2,000 residential units, a two form entry primary school with nursery, a community centre and commercial space.

Patrick Parsons has been engaged for Phase 4 of the development which is comprised of approximately 626 residential units in 6 buildings.

There is a common single level basement under a number of the buildings which extends over the majority of the site.

The building heights range from 3 stories to the feature tower which stands at 20 stories.

The form of construction is primarily Reinforced Concrete (RC), however a number of alternative constructions (i.e. traditional, timber frame, modular etc.) were appraised for the town houses.
