The Wixams development will see a former storage depot transformed into a new community, consisting of four villages and offering up to 4,500 new homes, jobs, amenities and educational facilities.

The site was a particular challenge as it borders a former quarry at Elstow Lakes as well as interfacing with the internal drainage board main river.
We prepared earthworks strategy plan, based on the site wide remediation strategy, utilising material from borrow pits to replace existing contaminated surface materials.
Advice in respect to the future planning consent was given, in accordance with the outline principals defined in the outline planning consent.
