Telford Homes appoint Patrick Parsons to consult on Capital Interchange Way

We’re pleased to announce that Patrick Parsons has been appointed to deliver Civil & Structural consultancy on Capital Interchange Way, Brentford, by Telford Homes and Catalyst Housing Limited.

This project, adjacent to the new Brentford football stadium, is a residential led mixed-use development and will comprise of 420 over 3 blocks of 11, 12 & 14 storeys in height, with commercial and retail space. The scheme features 50% affordable housing, with a mix of shared ownership, London affordable rent and affordable rent, as well as one, two- and three-bedroom homes available for private sale.

Once complete, the new Capital Interchange Way development will integrate seamlessly with the ongoing regeneration of Brentford. The new neighbourhood is just a short distance away from the UNESCO World Heritage listed Royal Botanic Gardens, boutique shopping at Kew Village and Chiswick, and the headquarters of major businesses along the Golden Mile.
