Patrick Parsons assisted CAV Aerospace in response to a chemical spill which had occurred at their main manufacturing facility.
Works involved intrusive investigation to delineate the extent of the spill, the recommendation of appropriate mitigation measures and ongoing monitoring. This was achieved under regulatory scrutiny within an active manufacturing facility and it was important that the investigation works did not impact on the manufacturing processes and health and safety of all site personnel was paramount.
Patrick Parsons worked closely with the client and regulatory authorities to protect the client’s interests and ensure that risks to the environment were appropriately mitigated.
