Patrick Parsons assisted the client with master planning of the site including assisting with the EIA.
The chapter on Ground Contamination and Reclamation assessed the subsurface ground conditions beneath the site that may potentially impact upon the proposed development. This included an assessment of general ground conditions, and in particular the potential presence of contamination and the possibility of mining instability. The assessment was carried out based on the findings of a desk based assessment, and a series of intrusive ground investigation.
