A comprehensive asbestos refurbishment survey was provided by our Asbestos Survey Department, prior to the refurbishment of the premises.

73-75 Sadler St is a Grade II Listed building which includes C17 houses, a C18 mill and part of the original Durham City Wall believed to date back to the early 12th Century.

The survey required investigation of all concealed voids to allow for the complete replacement of mechanical and electrical services without damage to any architectural features.
