Odin Consulting was involved in this £6m project involving demolition of an existing restaurant which was formerly a Cinema. We were then required to create an 8 storey luxury residential accommodation with retail at ground floor on tight City Centre site with a main road and railway cutting forming boundaries. There was car parking provided to the rear with a suspended amenity deck over. The superstructure comprises steelwork with precast floors on piled foundations.
