The proposed scheme consists of 244 new build residential units and leisure scheme consisting of refurbishment work to the existing Mayfair Centre creating sports and activity halls, gym, shower/changing facilities and restaurant, construction of golf shop, inflated structure domes providing indoor golf and football academy facility and creation of golf short game course including enhancement and improvement to the existing golf driving range.
Patrick Parsons involvement includes providing full multi disciplinary Engineering services including Civil, Infrastructure, Structural, Geoenvironmental, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering support a full detailed planning application, preliminary design information to assist the two clients with practical and commercial viability appraisals and detailed Engineering design to achieve full Building Regulation, Highway and Drainage adoption approvals. The scope of design and technical information up to planning submission includes Intrusive Site Investigation and Soakaway testing, Drainage Assessment, Utilities Assessment, SUDS Statement, Transport Assessment/Travel Plan and External Lighting Impact Assessment including Lighting Design associated with the Leisure Scheme. Furthermore Patrick Parsons is currently undertaking all of the roads and drainage infrastructure detailed design associated with the proposed 244 unit residential scheme and extensive Section 278 design associated with widening the existing Tees Road to form a ghost island junction access to the new residential development to meet the requirements of current Building Regulations, Local Highway Authority requirements associated with a Section 38 Agreement, Water Authority requirements associated with a Section 104 and 102 Agreements and the Environment Agency requirements.
