 The proposed scheme is a 10 storey student accommodation development in the heart of Newcastle City Centre consisting of 214 studios, communal areas, building management offices and laundry facility.

Patrick Parsons involvement includes providing full multi disciplinary Engineering services including Civil, Infrastructure, Structural, Geoenvironmental, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering expertise to assist with preparing a full detailed planning application as well as preliminary design information to assist the client with practical and commercial viability appraisals for the scheme. The scope of design and technical information includes Intrusive Site Investigation, Drainage Assessment, Utilities Assessment, Transport Statement, Daylight/Sunlight Assessment, Noise Assessment, Air Quality Assessment, Wind Microclimate Assessment, Low and Zero Carbon Feasibility Assessment, BREEAM Pre Assessment, Code for Sustainable Homes Pre Assessment, Preliminary Structural, Mechanical and Electrical Design Assessment.
