Albert Place is the fourth Crosslane student accommodation property in Newcastle, which Patrick Parsons have been involved in over the past four years, bringing the total number of beds Crosslane has created in the city to 700, with a combined value of £60m.
The all-inclusive 134 bed accommodation boasts high quality communal facilities, including a common room, onsite gym and landscaped private outdoor courtyard.
Patrick Parsons provided multi-disciplinary services on the project, which was delivered on time and within budget, within a 10-month period. We provided M&E services, including performance specification while our Geoenvironmental team provided the initial ground investigation of the site to assist the structural solution.
The development has been shortlisted for the Education Investor Awards 2017.
