The proposed development is a proposed waste transfer facility consisting of a Site Management Office with on-site staff parking area, Weighbridge facility, Operations Building for storage of waste material, external waste storage bay facilities, extensive hardstanding area and infrastructure to accommodate Heavy Goods Vehicles for delivery and collection of waste.
Patrick Parsons provided a full multi disciplinary design service package to Niramax from project concept through to construction complete. Our involvement included preparation and submission of a detailed planning application consisting of a full Environmental Impact Assessment and all supporting technical documentation, preparation and submission of a full Building Regulation application including complete Architectural, Civil, Infrastructure and Structural Engineering working drawings, specifications, Structural and SBEM calculations as well as technical support to the construction team through to construction complete.
